Policy Applies To

This Return, Refund, Cancellation, and Payment Policy applies to all services provided by Laser Duet Med Spa, including but not limited to:

• Individual treatments
• Treatment packages
• Membership plans
• Unlimited treatment plans
• Promotional packages
• Financing purchases made through CareCredit, Cherry, PatientFi, or any other financing company

Treatment Plan Changes

If you decide that your current treatment plan is no longer the best option for you, we are happy to work with you whenever possible.

Treatment Plan Adjustment

You may request a Treatment Plan Adjustment, which allows you to exchange your remaining unused treatment value toward another service of equal or lesser value. Consumable products, provider time already used, and treatments already performed will be considered when determining the remaining value.

Treatment Plan Upgrade

You may also upgrade your treatment plan to another service of greater value by paying the price difference, including any additional consumable or provider costs.

No Refund Policy

Because aesthetic treatments reserve professional time, utilize medical supplies, and require individualized treatment planning, all sales are final.

Laser Duet Med Spa does not provide refunds for:

• Individual treatments
• Treatment packages
• Memberships
• Unlimited treatment plans
• Prepaid services
• Promotional offers
• Gift certificates
• Financing agreements through CareCredit, Cherry, PatientFi, or any third-party financing company

If treatment has been started or payment has been made, the patient agrees that the appropriate resolution is a Treatment Plan Adjustment or Treatment Plan Upgrade when applicable, rather than a refund.

Financing Agreements

Patients who finance their treatment through CareCredit, Cherry, PatientFi, or any other financing provider remain responsible for the financing agreement they entered into.

Laser Duet Med Spa cannot cancel, reverse, or modify financing agreements once they have been processed and approved. Any financing questions must be directed to the financing company.

Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments may be subject to a $30 cancellation/no-show fee, which must be paid before rescheduling.

Repeated missed appointments may result in the forfeiture of promotional pricing or package benefits. Questions

All treatment sales are final. By purchasing any individual treatment, treatment package, membership, unlimited treatment plan, or financing agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy before beginning treatment. By signing the treatment consent or completing the purchase, the patient acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this Return & Refund Policy and agrees to be bound by its terms.
